Cultural Development Programs in the Capital Market Sector

The Department of Cultural Development was established to fulfill the mission of “promoting and enhancing the culture of investment in the capital market,” in line with the strategic objectives of the Securities and Exchange Organization (SEO) and the mandates of the Securities Market Management and Education Development Company.

Within this framework, two specialized divisions—Cultural Development and Inter-Institutional Cooperation—were formed. Together, these divisions, based on the priorities of the capital market, identify both potential and existing national capacities, with a focus on financial literacy enhancement, shareholding culture development, and introducing the capital market as a key mechanism for financial funding.

To achieve these goals, the department classifies its target audiences and employs a diverse range of modern educational tools, including:

  • Internal instruments: media, multimedia productions, public and professional training, festivals, conferences, events, exhibitions, and emerging technologies.
  • External instruments: inter-organizational and institutional collaborations.

Through these initiatives, the department strives to strengthen the educational and cultural infrastructure of the capital market, thereby contributing effectively to the improvement of financial literacy nationwide.
