Cultural programs in the field of capital markets

The Culture Building Department was established in order to fulfill the mission of promoting and developing investment culture in the capital market based on the strategic goals of the Stock Exchange and Securities Organization and the missions assigned by the Stock Exchange Management and Education Development Company. With this approach, two units of culture building and trans-organizational cooperation were also established in this department, which, based on the priorities of the capital market, while examining and identifying the potential and actual capacities available at the country level, has placed the promotion of financial literacy, the development of shareholder culture, and the introduction of high potentials for financing the capital market at the forefront of its activities. In this regard, by identifying and classifying the target community and utilizing a variety of new educational tools, including:

  • Intra-organizational tools such as: media, multimedia, general education, specialized training, festivals, conferences, various events, exhibitions, and new technologies
  • Extra-organizational tools such as: cross-organizational interactions and collaborations

It strives to take an effective step towards improving the country's financial literacy by developing the cultural and educational infrastructure of the capital market.

The main areas of activity of the Cultural Development Department:

Policy-making and operational planning for cultural development for the general public.

Concluding memorandums of understanding/contracts and inter-organizational cooperation in line with organizational missions with relevant authorities.

Producing cultural and public education content for different segments of society in the form of various products.

Holding educational workshops, public meetings and seminars, and various cultural events.

Policy-making and planning to promote financial literacy among children and adolescents.

Cultivating the startup ecosystem.

  • Educational planning, production of educational content and culture building in order to promote and develop the culture of investment in the capital
    market by utilizing modern technologies.
  • Planning and implementing a financial literacy survey and monitoring project in the country with the aim of improving the effectiveness of capital market
    education and culture programs.
  • Preparing and producing educational and cultural packages tailored to the target audience of the capital market, including investors, funders, and financial
    institutions.
  • Active participation in various events in the country, including exhibitions, conferences, scientific seminars, and related public and specialized meetings.
  • Holding the largest financial startup event and supporting similar events with the aim of creating new ideas and solving capital market challenges.
  • Investigating the potential capacities of institutions and organizations in order to develop an investment culture in the capital market.
  • Follow-up and conclusion of memorandums of understanding and cooperation contracts with organizations, government and private institutions, universities
    and educational institutions
  • Collaboration in preparing a draft strategic document for capital market culture and education.
